• Manage regulatory horizon scanning and change process. • Maintain Regulatory Compliance Risk Framework and policies. • Provide second-line oversight of Conduct Risk. • Deliver regulatory advice and training. • Report on regulatory compliance and risks to governance forums.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in UK financial services regulatory compliance. • Strong understanding of FCA requirements. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenge business decisions. • Credible relationship management skills. • Work authorization for UK.
