About the role
Guide healthcare organizations through transformational change applying High Reliability Organization principles. Strengthen safety culture and deploy Communication and Resolution Programs to improve patient and worker safety.
What you’ll do
• Support client engagements expanding HRO principles and safety culture. • Analyze complex healthcare data to identify root causes. • Execute engagement plans on time and budget. • Deliver training and coaching to patient-facing teams. • Manage workstream relationships and project risks.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years healthcare experience in safety and reliability. • Experience in performance improvement and safety initiatives. • Consulting or implementation experience preferred. • Proficient in Excel, SQL, SAS, Access. • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or clinical background preferred.
