About the role
Provide legal advice and support on employment law, litigation, and student-related issues. Manage complex legal matters independently and support university leadership.
What you’ll do
• Advise university leadership on legal and regulatory matters. • Serve as primary legal advisor to Human Resources. • Manage university litigation portfolio and outside counsel. • Advise on student-related legal issues and escalations. • Leverage legal technology and mentor legal staff.
What you’ll bring
• Juris Doctorate from accredited Law School. • Active bar membership, preferably California license. • 5+ years relevant legal experience. • 3 years in-house Counsel experience preferred. • Work authorization for USA required.
