About the role
Lead growth pods focusing on customer conversion and lifecycle marketing to drive financial inclusion in Africa. Manage multi-channel campaigns and optimize funnel performance for digital lending and repeat phone sales.
What you’ll do
• Own reactivation and upgrade campaigns in CleverTap. • Manage digital lending growth end to end. • Build and run multi-channel campaigns. • Track funnel performance and flag drop-offs. • Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing. • Experience with CRM platforms like CleverTap or Braze. • Ability to make strategic campaign decisions. • Comfortable with ambiguity and multi-pod work. • Work authorization within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
