About the role
The Senior Customer Success Architect builds consultative relationships with key customers to drive adoption and retention. They act as trusted advisors and liaisons between customers and GitLab teams to achieve business outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Partner with customers to turn business outcomes into actionable objectives. • Guide customers on GitLab platform best practices and adoption. • Act as liaison for GitLab questions, issues, or escalations. • Own assigned customer accounts focusing on adoption and growth. • Provide onboarding and build Customer Success Plans.
What you’ll bring
• Understanding of Git and branching strategies. • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevSecOps. • Experience in Customer Success or similar roles. • Strong communication and project management skills. • Fluent German.
