About the role
Manage long-term success and growth of strategic customers to ensure value realization and revenue retention. Act as trusted advisor aligning products to customer business and technical goals.
What you’ll do
• Own net revenue retention and customer lifetime value. • Develop and execute customer success plans. • Drive onboarding and adoption across customer lifecycle. • Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders. • Partner with sales to drive renewals and expansions.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Customer Success or related role. • Proven track record in SaaS retention and expansion. • Experience managing complex technical customers. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Work authorization for Australia or remote work.
