About the role
Lead the Ethiopia mission’s data team based in Kampala, providing technical leadership throughout the research cycle. Coordinate data officers and ensure compliance with IMPACT research standards and data protection requirements.
What you’ll do
• Plan and coordinate research cycles and team workloads. • Support research design and sampling strategies. • Oversee data collection, cleaning, and quality control. • Maintain R-based analysis workflows and dashboards. • Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in data management and analysis. • Master’s degree preferred. • Fluency in English. • Strong skills in R, Power BI, and KoboToolbox. • Work authorization for Uganda.
