About the role
Join Customer.io as a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to build and improve SDKs and developer tools for integrations. Lead initiatives, enhance delivery infrastructure, and collaborate with product and design teams to create excellent developer experiences.
What you’ll do
• Build and evolve SDKs across platforms. • Lead SDK initiatives end to end. • Improve SDK delivery infrastructure. • Partner with product and design teams. • Participate in on-call rotation.
What you’ll bring
• Expert in at least one programming language. • Experience with mature production-quality software. • Fluency with LLMs and AI coding tools. • High autonomy in ambiguous environments. • Strong communication skills. • Work authorization for LATAM, Canada, or USA.
