About the role
Provide strategic multi-state clinical leadership and operational governance across a designated region. Manage and coach local Directors of Nursing to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Own regional clinical and quality performance reporting. • Translate clinical strategies into operational practices. • Oversee regional clinical capacity planning. • Lead regional quality and survey readiness efforts. • Partner with Product/IT to optimize clinical workflows.
What you’ll bring
• BSN required; MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred. • Current unrestricted RN license with multistate eligibility. • 5+ years progressive home healthcare experience. • 5+ years clinical leadership in multi-site setting. • Work authorization for USA required.
