About the role
Lead large, complex programs for LATAM accounts to ensure successful implementation and value realization. Drive sales and account growth while managing customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams. • Drive full-cycle sales of Professional Services & Training programs. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Partner with Sales and GTM teams on regional targets. • Monitor and improve customer sentiment.
What you’ll bring
• 7-10 years running Professional Services line of business. • 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles. • Deep understanding of PS&T offerings and partner funding. • Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture and competitors. • Ability to travel up to 50% as required. • Work authorization for role.
