About the role
Lead professional services engagements in Germany to drive GitLab's growth by aligning services with customer success metrics. Build trusted advisor relationships and design outcome-oriented proposals for complex DevSecOps transformations.
What you’ll do
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical leaders. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs. • Design outcome-oriented services proposals. • Develop custom-scoped SOWs and staffing plans. • Manage engagement lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
What you’ll bring
• Experience structuring and selling professional services engagements. • Proven success in pre-sales and discovery processes. • Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud transformation. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
