About the role
Lead engineering for Afresh's AI-powered fresh buying product used by grocery distribution centers. Own engineering end to end and partner with product, design, data engineering and applied science on one roadmap.
What you’ll do
• Hire, develop and retain senior product engineers. • Set technical standards and review architecture. • Build relationships with peer engineering leaders. • Own DC Buying roadmap with product and design. • Ensure reliability, on-call health and data quality.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software engineering experience. • 3+ years managing engineering teams. • Experience with mission critical products. • Strong technical range across domains. • Work authorization for US required.
