About the role
Lead the network operations team to ensure production reliability for Crusoe's global AI infrastructure network. Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and operational excellence across a 24x7 multi-region network.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead network operations team across multiple sites. • Own uptime and reliability of global network infrastructure. • Set incident response and escalation protocols. • Drive root cause analysis and remediation efforts. • Champion operational automation and standards.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years network engineering or operations experience. • 4+ years managing engineers in 24x7 infrastructure. • Expertise in BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, TCP/IP. • Experience with automation and Python tooling. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization for US.
