About the role
Support a West Coast healthcare client with incident management, optimization, and application support for Epic Cupid and Radiant. Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows.
What you’ll do
• Provide advanced support for Epic Cupid and Radiant. • Manage incidents, ticket resolution, and troubleshooting. • Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders. • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing. • Mentor team members and serve as subject matter expert.
What you’ll bring
• Epic Cupid and/or Radiant certification. • 5+ years Epic Cupid/Radiant experience. • Experience supporting both Cupid and Radiant modules. • Strong understanding of cardiology and radiology workflows. • Work authorization for United States.
