About the role
Lead and scale field marketing strategy across the western US to build sales pipeline and accelerate revenue. Own full program lifecycle and drive growth in priority markets.
What you’ll do
• Own strategy, planning, and execution of field programs in western US. • Build and manage regional field marketing calendar with sales. • Design engagement strategies to maximize event attendance and sales follow-through. • Manage sponsorships, venues, vendors, and event investments. • Track and report program ROI and pipeline metrics.
What you’ll bring
• 5-7 years field marketing experience, preferably in tech. • Self-directed with strong execution and project management skills. • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship building. • Data-driven with ability to interpret program metrics. • Comfortable with marketing tech stack and AI tools.
