About the role
Join Monzo's Financial Crime team to own and improve key financial crime controls across UK and Europe. Use data and expertise to identify risks and enhance controls.
What you’ll do
• Own global risk controls for Exit & Defunds, Law Enforcement, Acceptable Use. • Develop and improve control documentation and standards. • Use data to monitor control effectiveness and identify threats. • Lead investigation and remediation of incidents. • Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide technical guidance.
What you’ll bring
• Strong financial crime and regulatory compliance expertise. • Experience using data to assess control performance. • Ability to assess and prioritize complex financial crime risks. • Clear communication for diverse audiences. • Work authorization for UK.
