About the role
Build and grow People products that improve employee and leader experiences. Develop secure, AI-enabled internal tools and workflows for HR and recruiting systems.
What you’ll do
• Take People products to production and expand suite of experiences. • Redesign workflows across Workday, Ashby, and other systems. • Build APIs and connectors for AI tools to access context safely. • Design permissioning model for confidential People data. • Own full stack delivery and set technical direction.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years professional software engineering experience. • Strong full-stack skills: React, TypeScript, backend engineering. • Knowledge of relational and non-relational data stores. • Experience with authentication, authorization, and privacy-aware design. • Work authorization required.
