About the role
Lead growth intelligence efforts to translate customer signals into prioritized growth recommendations. Partner with marketing and strategy teams to drive qualified lead conversion and improve GTM growth decision criteria.
What you’ll do
• Define customer state and progression criteria for marketing funnel. • Translate customer signals into prioritization and next-best-action logic. • Partner with Growth Strategy Leads on audience and sales handoff requirements. • Validate models and business rules with Intelligence and Targeting teams. • Lead feedback loop to optimize models and workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in growth strategy or marketing analytics. • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and decisioning logic. • Experience translating insights into actionable business requirements. • Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across teams. • Work authorization for United States.
