About the role
Support Claude Corps fellows and managers with onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Manage onboarding quality and deadlines for multiple cohorts.
What you’ll do
• Advise program leaders and managers on performance and employee concerns. • Manage employee relations and performance issues. • Own onboarding process for each cohort. • Plan and oversee onboarding support staff. • Maintain policies and improve HR processes.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years progressive HR experience. • Experience running onboarding at volume. • Supported employees across multiple states. • Managed or trained HR/onboarding staff. • Work authorization for US.
