About the role
This role combines operational HR with business partnering, supporting leaders and employees in HR matters. The focus will shift from administration to strategic HR business partnering over time.
What you’ll do
• Manage HR administration and payroll coordination initially. • Serve as HR contact for leaders and employees. • Advise on employee relations in regulated healthcare. • Contribute to harmonizing HR policies and contracts. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or training in HR, business or related field. • At least 5 years in similar HR role. • Hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll. • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices. • Experience or affinity with healthcare or regulated environments. • Fluent German and good English skills.
