What you’ll do
• Manage talent pipelines and recruitment budgets. • Lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles. • Drive performance management frameworks and coaching. • Analyze workforce metrics and develop HR dashboards. • Lead HR policies, governance, and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 6 years HR generalist experience. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law. • Excellent English communication skills. • Available to work on-site in Lagos.
