About the role
Lead complex Logis Dispatch implementations from kickoff to handoff ensuring successful go-lives. Support dispatch centers to trust the system from the first call after cutover.
What you’ll do
• Own multiple Logis Dispatch implementations with current project plans. • Run discovery with dispatch centers on workflows and systems. • Configure system and coordinate interfaces with engineering. • Plan and execute cutover with rollback plans. • Train users and mentor newer consultants.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years implementing or running dispatch/public-safety software. • Led live cutover on a working dispatch floor. • Comfortable with system interfaces and data flows. • Manage multiple complex projects calmly under pressure. • Able to travel for on-site go-lives. • Work authorization for United States.
