About the role
The Implementation Engineer plans, designs, integrates, deploys, tests, and validates healthcare communication solutions in complex environments. They collaborate with customers and teams to integrate clinical communication systems and other healthcare technologies.
What you’ll do
• Plan, design, install, configure, test healthcare communication solutions. • Integrate solutions with EHRs, nurse call, patient monitoring, telephony systems. • Troubleshoot technical issues across application, server, network, database layers. • Execute structured implementation methodologies and develop test plans. • Communicate project status and technical risks to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum 2 years customer-facing technical services experience. • Work authorization for United States. • Experience with HL7 integrations or healthcare IT interoperability preferred. • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and security fundamentals.
