About the role
Advise clients on real estate investments and manage sales processes to achieve targets. Identify and present viable property investment opportunities to clients and the company.

• Advise clients on properties, pricing, and investment risks. • Present real estate opportunities and manage sales process. • Develop and maintain pipeline of investors and buyers. • Conduct property presentations and client meetings. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • Minimum 4 years in real estate or investment advisory. • Experience closing high-value property transactions. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian real estate market. • Relevant professional certifications advantageous.
