About the role
Support clients by analyzing needs and implementing tailored IT solutions in complex environments. Ensure quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Analyze and challenge business and IT needs. • Translate needs into clear functional and technical specs. • Model processes, flows, data, and system interactions. • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. • Liaise between business, development, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 7 years experience in IT analysis or consulting. • Fluent in French and English. • Strong functional and technical analysis skills. • Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, UML/BPMN, SQL, API, XML/JSON. • Work authorization for Luxembourg.
