About the role
Manage day-to-day IT operations for a remote telehealth company. Own employee-facing IT systems, devices, SaaS applications, and security compliance.
What you’ll do
• Administer Google Workspace and company SaaS platforms. • Manage employee IT provisioning and access lifecycle. • Oversee device lifecycle and endpoint management. • Provide senior-level IT support and service operations. • Lead IT infrastructure projects and security compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8+ years in IT or systems administration. • Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS administration. • Knowledge of identity, access management, SSO, MFA. • Experience with MDM and endpoint management. • Work authorization for United States.
