Senior Lead Test Coordinator

About the role
Oversee end-to-end quality engineering test management across all SDLC phases. Maintain a centralized QE knowledge base for best practices and continuous learning.
What you’ll do
• Own test management across SIT, regression, UAT, production readiness. • Coordinate testing schedules, environments, and resources. • Manage QE flexpool capacity and prioritize resources. • Facilitate UAT coordination and business sign-off. • Build and maintain QE knowledge base and test documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years QA/QE with 5+ years test management experience. • Experience managing multi-team test cycles and vendor resources. • Proficient with JIRA and test management tools. • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, UAT testing. • Experience facilitating UAT and formal sign-off processes.
