About the role
Lead Skillsoft’s go-to-market strategy by designing and influencing enterprise learning solutions. Partner with multiple teams to deliver scalable, instructionally sound, and outcome-driven solutions.
What you’ll do
• Engage complex buying committees with structured methodology. • Build executive-level business cases and value narratives. • Design end-to-end platform and service solutions. • Act as SME on HR tech ecosystem and data integration. • Provide consulting on adult learning and transformation strategies.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in enterprise solution consulting or platform sales. • Ability to build executive business cases and influence stakeholders. • Strong background in learning and organizational transformation. • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. • Work authorization for France or remote work eligibility.
