What you’ll do
• Advise on corporate and governance matters. • Negotiate commercial and corporate contracts. • Lead regulatory research and compliance policies. • Support Director of Legal and supervise trainees. • Draft and negotiate data protection agreements.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years legal experience, 3+ in-house in tech or FinTech. • UK-qualified solicitor or equivalent. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Work authorization for UK.
