About the role
Provide strategic legal guidance, manage corporate legal risks, and oversee compliance and governance. Support management in safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests.
What you’ll do
• Provide legal advisory on contracts and regulatory matters. • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and leases. • Oversee statutory filings and regulatory compliance. • Manage corporate insurance policies and claims. • Support company secretarial functions and manage legal disputes.
What you’ll bring
• LL.B. degree and qualified Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria. • 8-10 years post-call legal experience. • Experience in Oil & Gas or related sectors preferred. • Expertise in contract management and corporate governance. • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
