About the role
Lead evaluation and automatic optimization for Nova's AI models and agents. Own research, experimentation, and production systems to improve AI performance.
What you’ll do
• Build evaluation systems for models and agents. • Create loop from failure diagnosis to measured improvement. • Optimize prompts, context, tools, and agent harnesses. • Build synthetic data pipelines with quality and privacy focus. • Apply recent research to production and mentor engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years ML engineering experience in production. • Master's or PhD in CS, ML, AI or related field. • Strong Python and modern ML framework skills. • Experience evaluating LLMs or agents. • Work authorization for US.
