About the role
Own models and evaluations end to end for AI-native products in auto casualty claims. Build and ship ML and LLM models to improve injury claims processing.
What you’ll do
• Build and ship statistical, ML, and hybrid LLM models on claims data. • Design evaluations and gold datasets with experts. • Run continuous evaluations as product changes. • Measure impact through experiments and ROI analysis. • Explain results to product, sales, and customers.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience in machine learning or data science. • Strong quantitative foundation in statistics and experiment design. • Proficient in Python and SQL with production model experience. • Experience with statistical ML and LLM approaches. • Work authorization for United States.
