About the role
Lead day-to-day accounting operations and establish scalable financial processes during rapid growth. Manage a team of accountants and ensure accurate financial reporting under US GAAP.
What you’ll do
• Manage and develop a team of 3+ accountants. • Lead automation of accounting workflows using AI and LLMs. • Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. • Lead technical accounting research and policy setting. • Support annual audit and coordinate PBC requests.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years accounting/audit experience, 5+ years managing a team. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred. • Strong US GAAP knowledge and high-growth close experience. • Experience with LLMs for process automation. • Hands-on with Netsuite, Numeric, Ramp, and tech-driven scaling.
