About the role
Responsible for operational support, engineering, performance, and improvement of Microsoft SQL Server database platforms in cloud and on-premises environments. This is a maternity cover role.
What you’ll do
• Technical ownership of Microsoft SQL Server environments. • Administer hosted/on-premises SQL Server and Azure databases. • Monitor database availability, performance, and health. • Support migrations, upgrades, and cloud transformation. • Automate routine database administration tasks.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. • Experience with hosted/on-premises SQL Server environments. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure database technologies. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
