About the role
Lead and optimize tools and platforms supporting the US Commercial organization. Manage CRM administration and roadmap for Commercial technology improvements.
What you’ll do
• Support Commercial Systems roadmap including CRM and tools. • Manage Salesforce platform development and optimization. • Lead requirements gathering and user acceptance testing. • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for integrations. • Lead and develop a small team of administrators and analysts.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in sales ops, commercial strategy, or software engineering. • Experience with Salesforce and enterprise platforms. • Senior Manager-level stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. • Authorization to work in the US.
