About the role
Lead and grow the credit risk team to build an AI-native credit risk practice for Jobber Payments and lending business. Own credit risk operations, policy, and model development to protect customers and company.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop credit risk team and hiring plans. • Own credit risk operations and portfolio monitoring. • Define credit risk appetite and policy framework. • Partner with Data Science to build and improve credit risk models. • Embed credit risk controls into product and operational workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years credit risk experience with 3+ years leadership. • Experience setting credit policy and risk appetite. • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis. • Familiarity with IFRS9 or equivalent credit loss provisioning. • Work authorization for Canada.
