About the role
Lead strategic direction and partner engagement for high-value Utility VPP partners. Manage post-contract lifecycle and drive program growth and scaling.
What you’ll do
• Own strategic direction and partner engagement for complex VPP partners. • Serve as trusted advisor to senior partner stakeholders. • Mentor team and handle escalations on at-risk programs. • Design scalable playbooks for program growth and monitoring. • Partner with Sales on account growth and product roadmap.
What you’ll bring
• BA/BS degree and 7+ years client or program management experience. • Experience in energy industry and VPPs or demand response. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments. • US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
