About the role
Lead the Core Backend team building shared services for Crusoe Cloud products. Manage backend engineers and set technical direction for critical customer-facing systems.
What you’ll do
• Own shared services for product teams. • Manage quota management system. • Lead customer onboarding and KYC. • Oversee customer notification services. • Set SLOs and run incident reviews.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years managing software engineering teams. • 6+ years backend engineering experience. • Experience with distributed systems design. • Operations experience with production systems. • Bachelor's degree minimum.
