About the role
Lead fund administration services including accounting and reporting for private equity and real estate clients. Manage a team of fund accountants and improve workflows to deliver excellent client experiences.
What you’ll do
• Lead strategic team buildout and operational policies. • Develop and improve fund administration workflows. • Identify product development opportunities. • Hire, train and manage fund accountants. • Interface with clients to deliver outstanding service.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years private equity fund accounting experience. • Experience managing and coaching teams. • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. • Deep understanding of complex accounting and fund structures. • Work authorization for Canada or USA.
