About the role
Lead and manage Dataiku's global benefits programs to attract and retain AI talent. Ensure benefits are consistent, compliant, and financially sustainable across all countries.
What you’ll do
• Define global benefits strategy with Total Rewards Lead. • Manage health, retirement, insurance, leave and wellbeing programs. • Lead renewals, vendor relationships, and RFPs. • Ensure compliance with US and European benefits regulations. • Manage benefits budget and cost modeling. • Lead benefits operations and process automation.
What you’ll bring
• Extensive global benefits experience in tech or software. • Expertise in benefits design and vendor management. • Strong US benefits compliance knowledge. • Experience with European statutory benefits. • Experience with Employer of Record providers. • Proven track record transforming benefits programs.
