About the role
Lead and support Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives across business sectors. Promote a culture of inclusion and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
• Engage and support Group Leaders in Kaizen execution. • Develop direct reports and Lean professionals. • Measure and sustain improvements. • Provide input to HQ Lean business plan.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 15 years construction or manufacturing experience. • 10 years continuous improvement or operational role. • Experience facilitating lean activities. • Ability to travel up to 50% within continental U.S.
