Lead financial management and resource allocation for SNV's impact capital accelerator. Ensure operational efficiency and profitability to support growth and impact.
What you’ll do
• Own Accelerator's P&L and financial tracking. • Manage invoicing and consultant contracts. • Maintain live resource allocation and capacity planning. • Oversee partner onboarding and relationship management. • Manage internal systems and compliance processes.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in operations, finance, or management roles. • Experience managing P&L or project budgets. • Resource allocation in consulting or professional services. • Familiarity with donor compliance and international teams. • English required; French or Portuguese a plus.
