About the role
Lead sourcing, negotiation and delivery of banking and payment-provider partnerships across Africa and Southeast Asia. Manage partner relationships to ensure reliable, fast, and cost-effective payment services.
What you’ll do
• Build pipeline of payment providers and banks in Africa and Southeast Asia. • Own deal execution from outreach to onboarding partners. • Manage and grow existing partner relationships. • Negotiate commercial terms to improve payment rails. • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product and Engineering.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8+ years in payment partnerships or related roles. • Experience with African payment providers and banks. • Strong negotiation and commercial skills. • Ability to work autonomously in remote teams. • Work authorization for target markets.
