About the role
Lead a team of Field Engineers and Engagement Managers to deliver enterprise AI connectivity solutions. Own delivery outcomes, staffing, and growth of your team across US Professional Services.
What you’ll do
• Manage and grow a team of engineers and managers. • Own delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction. • Staff engagements based on complexity and capacity. • Resolve high-risk or complex engagement issues. • Partner with Sales and Product teams for scoping and feedback.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in customer-facing or platform engineering roles. • 2+ years managing technical customer-facing teams. • Experience with API gateways and distributed systems. • Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure knowledge. • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud providers.
