About the role
Lead the AMER Business Development team to deliver pipeline and coach up to 10 professionals. Focus on daily operations, coaching, and performance management to drive sales qualified leads and opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Own team delivery of SQLs and SAOs against targets. • Drive daily and weekly activity standards. • Lead US working day rhythm and stand-ups. • Coach BDAs through call reviews and one-on-ones. • Manage performance and recognize achievements.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years pipeline generation in SaaS Enterprise sales. • 3+ years leading and coaching high-performing teams. • Hands-on leadership with direct individual contributor management. • Experience in Marketing SaaS or related fields. • Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools.
