About the role
Develop, manage, and improve PCBA manufacturing processes for Starlink production. Drive quality, reliability, and volume production improvements.
What you’ll do
• Own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes and products. • Drive volume production including execution and process control. • Manage new product introduction with design engineers. • Design and implement safety systems for production line. • Identify and correct SMT production and testing issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • 5+ years in manufacturing engineering or related fields. • U.S. citizenship or authorized under ITAR regulations. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted. • Willingness to work weekends and travel up to 10%.
