About the role
Lead brand development, consumer engagement and marketing execution for FMCG packaged foods. Translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness and increase product trials and repeat purchases.
What you’ll do
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and campaign calendars. • Lead product launches and brand positioning. • Coordinate packaging, advertising and marketing communications. • Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, R&D and Supply Chain. • Manage creative, media, digital and activation agencies.
What you’ll bring
• 8 to 12 years FMCG marketing experience. • Experience in seasonings, snacks or breakfast products. • 3 years managing brands, launches or marketing teams. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian consumers and market dynamics. • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
