About the role
Lead mechanical engineering activities for a mining and mineral processing project in Namibia. Ensure compliance with standards and support construction and commissioning phases.
What you’ll do
• Lead mechanical engineering for mining operations and processing facilities. • Review and validate mechanical design deliverables. • Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews. • Supervise EPC/EPCM contractors and manage technical queries. • Support construction, commissioning and HSE activities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering. • 10+ years in mining or mineral processing engineering. • Experience with EPC/EPCM projects and mechanical equipment design. • Work authorization for Namibia. • Fluent English and valid driver's license.
