About the role
Support the Army Global Unified Network by maintaining, securing, and modernizing the Army's global enterprise network. Provide network operations, troubleshooting, and engineering support remotely.
What you’ll do
• Support 24/7/365 Army global network operations. • Troubleshoot complex network incidents and outages. • Configure and maintain Cisco SD-WAN and enterprise networks. • Manage incident tickets using ITSM tools. • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation including nights and holidays.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or master's with 6+ years experience. • Active Secret security clearance. • DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent). • Hands-on Cisco SD-WAN experience. • Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
