About the role
Serve as a dedicated advocate for Medicaid members navigating the Social Security disability process. Manage applications, maintain communication, and ensure members receive benefits.
What you’ll do
• Serve as main contact for health plan members. • Manage relationships with medical providers and agencies. • Gather and submit necessary forms and records. • Manage cases proactively to secure benefits. • Maintain HIPAA and data security compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years customer service experience. • Experience with social services or disability claims a plus. • Fluent in English and Spanish. • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and multiple platforms. • Work authorization for United States.
